To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact Morenike Luxury within 7 days of receiving their delivery. Requests submitted after this 7-day period may not be accepted. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it is crucial to report it within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number in your report to help us process your request swiftly and efficiently.

Condition of Returned Items
Yes, for an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must be in its original condition, with all original tags attached if applicable. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and completely free from any stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, damage, or odors. Items that do not meet these strict conditions may not be accepted for a return or exchange, as we strive to maintain the luxury and quality expected from Morenike Luxury.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are generally responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item. However, if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item—Morenike Luxury will cover the shipping expenses. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back returns, as Morenike Luxury cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
